My opinion of the service is that it works when it works, but in my experience, it sometimes comes up short. My advice is to take it if it is convenient but to have alternative transit plans in case of problems. In other words, use it but don%26#39;t rely on it.

Water Taxis also start May 26. There are some new stops and routes. Union Station, North Michigan Avenue, Shedd Aquarium and Navy Pier have stops. www.shorelinesightseeing.com
