move to chicago...

Hello!

My boyfriend just moved to the chicago area a few weeks ago. Therefore I will be visiting chicago quite often.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on some things to do that are a must??

Also as far as downtown.... I%26#39;ve only been downtown once and didn%26#39;t find the fun stuff.... where is a good place to shop (21 female). Trendy yet affordable?

Also are there any cool sites to see other than the touristy stuff that we%26#39;ve already done (sears tower, shedd, science and indstry ect...)
