NightClubs this weekend

Hi all,

First time to Chicago and looking for some good nightclubs to go to this coming long weekend. Was looking for some suggestions on which ones to go Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Looking mainly for Hip-Hop and R%26amp;b clubs with a crowd of 19-24 years old with a good mix of race, don%26#39;t want it predominantly one race or another. Also, we will be staying downtown so I%26#39;m not sure if there is a really happening place close by or not. Regardless, would appreciate the input from y%26#39;all. Thx

Don%26#39;t know your age but Chicago clubs admit age 21 and over.

We%26#39;re all over 21 so that shouldn%26#39;t be a problem. I completely forgot about the drinking age is 21 in the states.

Not sure of any ';clubs'; that really fit your description but Shenaningans would be a good fit for a bar. It%26#39;s a typical bar with a huge dancefloor. good mix of races, people are really open and the dance floor really gets moving on Friday%26#39;s and Saturdays...lots of urban music.

It%26#39;s been a while since I%26#39;ve gone, but the Funky Buddha is also very mixed ethnically but they tend to play more funky music. It%26#39;s been a couple years since I%26#39;ve been there so I don%26#39;t know what it%26#39;s like now. it%26#39;s probably worth checking out.

you cant really define the most happening place...there is such a huge diversity of places it depends on personal taste.

Sound bar is a primarily electronic club...they have three dancefloors, one of which is hip hop. I%26#39;d say it%26#39;s one of the 5 hottest clubs in Chicago.

if you go to their website you can get free admission before 10 and half price admission before 11. I wouldn%26#39;t get there before 10 for sure...
