Ruby Room and Inn of Chicago. Are these new hotels?

My husband and I are very frequent visitors of Chicago. We usually stay along the mag mile and while looking for accomodations this July I saw these two new hotels listed. The %26#39;Ruby Room%26#39; is in the Wicker Park area and I have no idea where %26#39;Inn of Chicago%26#39; is located. Does anybody have info or feedback on these places? On the websites both places look new or remodeled. Any info would be greatly appreciated. It would be great to find a quaint place away from the mag mile while avoiding a roach hotel.

Inn of Chicago is formerly the Best Western Inn of Chicago. It%26#39;s downtown on Ohio St off of Michigan Ave.

Ruby Room is a spa with guest rooms. Wicker Park is just northwest of downtown.
