Dress code for Joes Seafood Restaurant? Dressy?

I have booked Joes Seafood Restaurant and it says the dresss code is dressy. What does that mean for men? Do I have to wear a jackety and tie? Could I get awy with a casual zip up jacket?

I have booked this restaurant on one of your recommendations, however the reviews are pretty good and it was difficult getting a booking at the time I wanted, so it must be popular! I did try to book Kevins by email but they couldn%26#39;t be bothered to reply, which also says something!.
