Has anyone stayed here? What did you think?
The Indigo
It%26#39;s not super luxurious, but the ';beach house'; style/theme/decor works even better in person. Hardwood floors are a nice touch, liked the photo mural that made up the back wall and the bathrooms, while basic, are nice. It%26#39;s a unique ';look'; that actually works and results in a very warm, inviting feel. Some little aspects of the hotel change with the season. I really liked the hotel and would go back.
Downsides: The rooms are cozy, but admittedly on the smaller side (this is an older hotel that was renovated/remodeled), the elevators feel a little old/slow and the hallways are a bit tight. It%26#39;s not centrally located, either, but is in a very nice area near public transit.
The Indigo
I just heard about in the WSJ but I think I%26#39;ll still with Hotel Monaco as you recmmonded to me earlier:)
