Orange Line access

I%26#39;m staying at the Hyatt at Wacker and leaving from Midway (Usually use ORD). Will want to catch the Orange Line. State/Lake stop looks closest . To access this stop to I use stairs above on the elevated lines or underground? Leaving about 5pm Will it be jammed? Know they are working on some of the other lines.Thanks Harry

The orange line is the ';L'; station above ground. You will go to the State and Lake stop.
