Taxi from terminal five?

I am arriving at Teminal 5 next week with BA and want to get a taxi.

Does this terminal have its own exit point or do you get a shuttle into the main terminal. How does it work

Just came through Terminal 5 and yes there is a taxi stand, I think it%26#39;s between doors 5D and 5E.
